Prescription benefits are managed by Optum RX. This is an employer- paid benefit. Co-pays apply except for maintenance and eligible OTC medications. Co-pays for local and mail-order pharmacies are reflected on the medical page. Please note, you can save money by accepting generic drugs when possible.
